There is a lot of building going on.

There are a few developments in the east end close to pickering.

There is the evergreen site at midland and st.clair

there is a new neighborhood thats in the latter phases at warden and st.clair(one north, one south)

There is one in the west end of toronto called west town by HR homes.

that's all i can think of at the moment

Like detached housing developments that are happening just outside of Toronto?

No really.. at least not for anywhere near the same price range as those are.

All the new houses I see being built in Toronto are teardown and rebuilds. Haven't seen one less than $900K yet.

What exactly are you looking for?

Well, I am not looking for detached home or anything. Something freehold for less then 350K. I have seen one project while driving on highway 400, somewhere between Sheppard and Steeles. But I can't find it on google.

Anyways, I have changed my mind about that, and looking for Mississauga southern part. I am sure there isn't any house build later then 70s there either.

I work in mississauga, there was one new development that i saw close to trillium hospital, but judging by the size of the houses, i'd place the cost at around 1mil easy.

There's a lot of new developments going around eglington around erin mills

Yes, I worked on all those houses next to Trillium off of Gordon. Starting prices were $1.4M, 3 years ago.
