Just bought a house from Aspen in Nobleton, felt that they had the most fair product/value/features compared to Rosehaven and Countrywide. We are 2nd time Aspen buyers and know first hand that they are a quality builder. We are very excited about this purchase, will hopefully be our final home. Looking forward to hearing everyone's experiences.

Hey, Moxie. We felt pretty much the same way. There were advantages and disadvantages to all three builders, but Aspen Ridge seemed to have the better layouts.

Just spoke with Zara at the Sales Office regarding a few issues, she is very helpful, along with the 2 girls that are with her. All is finally complete at the Design Studio, huge stress relief, Jenny was great. We also recently met the site super, Joey, nice guy and seems to really know what he is doing...all in all everything is on track and we are very pleased.

I should update, that we are now in our home, and we are happy. The initial issues with Aspen Ridge were sorted out, or workarounds were found on our part. Most of the issues stemmed from the nature of the builder-buyer relationship with a large builder as opposed to a custom builder.

Basically, as I tell people, you can do a lot worse than Aspen Ridge. Doesn't sound like a ringing endorsement, but it is meant as an endorsement. We're happy, and as far as large builders go, I think Aspen Ridge is one of the better ones. Just look around the forum on this site at all the people who are delayed - that was never an issue with us. Yes, there are part of our home that, if I was subcontracting out our own home build, I would have done differently. But overall, it has been a positive experience.
