Hi I hate to bother you but could you forward that post you put about the change in price at the colors appt. again. I cannot find where it is and I am going to see my lawyer this week. I would really appreciate it because I just want to clarify it is on the difference in the ammendment rather then the previous ammendments because as you know our first ammendments changed the price of the home over 20 thousand dollars.

Okay Chad and I were right, this new cabinet manufaturer is definitely shaving off a bit in the bath. We measured in three separate homes today on Fuller and they are measuring 75 to the top of the cabinet plus 2 cm? for countertop. Now unless the standards put out for the builders have changed we have a case. I thought I would give you heads up, so that when the first closes are on Fuller you can say if this bothers you that you saw in your friends house that the cabinets are shorter.

Hi, long time no talk Chad and I went by the new neigborhood tonight, and noticed the bathroom cabinets look short. So we stood against the bathroom counter and marked on our leg where the top of the counter met our leg and where our present cabinets meet our leg and there is a good 6 inch difference. You presently live in a Nile, I was wondering if you could measure the hieght from floor to countertop and I will measure what Sundial is presently putting into homes. I don't want to jump the gun but if it is shorter I think we all have a case to point out (standard hieght) vs. Rivalda. Perhaps sundial is not even aware? We have light posts on our street, that is a good sign, as far as permits...nope. It is hard to believe your going to be living there soon, you must be very excited. I can't believe people are moving in next month. Crazy, can't wait to drive by at night and see lights coming from our hood.
