I decided not to purchase with them. I did like the area but there were town homes and malls to be put in right behind the singles. I also was not a fan of siding exteriors and if you took the elevation with brick it added about 20-30k. There specifications are also next to none compared to other builders. Considering you don't like the floor plan along with their not great building reputation and a home that will be realistically thousands and thousands more than purchase price after you do your interior selections and upgrades, I personally wouldn't purchase with them and did not. However , the pro would be a lower base purchase price than other builders for square footage, if you are interested in doing a lot of upgrades on your own after possession. At least your mortgage would be lower that way. all depends on your individual circumstances. Let me know if you have any more questions.

I would like your advice on the homes in Heritage Hills. I would like to buy a home there, on Wallaceburg Crt. in Heritage Hills, and we only have the two options of building either the Bronson model or the Waddington. The floor plans arent to my liking, but I like the area quite well.

I am signing a contract with them for a home, and I would like to request for your advice on what to consider before signing a purchase agreement. Would you recommend buying a proeprty from the Pheonix homes builder, and please give me your experience with this builder.
