Hi Sarah, I see that your having problems before you get in! Hah were still waiting on plugs for the tubs since our closing back in Sept. I wanted to tell you that maybe if you have to get the stair case redone just tell them to strip it and leave it. My husband managed to catch the guys working on ours and they only left sealant on it so it could be stained easier at a later date...total cost for sundial stain/iron pickets for our model 5000.00 total if my husband does it 400.00 and a night at a hotel! Keep on their butts after the fact as well, on our closing our upgraded tile was all scratched we noted this on the pdi and are still waiting. They even sent out the big guy to see what was going on, apparently they are "still in talks" with their rep for sterling tile and have been discont. ....if you want to see their finished product let me know and come on by!! Pretty sure I seen the forms for the footings there...will double check tonight..our house is on nixon gate the one beside the other house that has most of the structure up, right now the are finishing the first floor, and hopefully get some walls up by the weekend! But, yeah will double check again tonight for you...got some quotes back from Marlene (do you ever have to hunt them down)! We will be spending about 8G on the first floor only though, the 2nd upgrade tiles can be a bit pricey, berber carpet though actually works out cheaper than getting it after the fact...the kitchen that we chose is a 3rd upgrade (the dark island at the design centre), for our model they want 5G which we think is pretty decent...but we get the final tally on Tues!! talk with ya later
