We are on lot 117 and were told construction won't start until next Spring. Our closing date is April 2021!

So glad to find so many neighbors here, they do has a slightly long closing date compare with other builders. At least when you are moving in the big park there should be ready:D, hopefully.....The city said the park are expecting to be opened around the end of next year.

The growth of that area is mindblowing. Drastic changes since last April. Im sure by April 2021 it wont much look like a construction site. So excited!

It depends how fast Urbandale will construct their houses though. The areas I've been asking previously are almost 100% Urbandale. BTY your neighbor to the East is Urbandale too!;)
By April 2021 HN might be done almost completely, but not the rest. Who knows...:confused:
