With the announcement that starting Jan 1 2017, they are adding more services to the Barrie GO line and also the available of weekend service, it should give these builders another reason to increase the price in Spring 2017 for phase 3

I wonder how much they will increase their price for phase 3 release

I bought in the 2nd day of the 2nd release, the "Fisher" elevation B. I wonder how much they will increase their price in the spring for the third release. Noticed the project called Stonemanor Wood north of Barrie, they have increased pricing on their 62 feet lot by 200k since the first release in September 2016, same time of our 2nd release when I bought in. The price has increased to just below $1M for their 62 feet lot from the mid 700s

i noticed that too, builders are just milking the cow now!!

I will choose Belle Air Shores for its location, you can probably buy a similar size house on a slightly narrower lot at similar or slightly higher price. But the builders are holding the next release, that really sucks to someone wanting to buy as price is going up every month

Alcona by Bayview-Wellington coming out soon. Let see what their prices be like. But this builder has been giving the Bradford buyers massive headaches. So buyer beware!

Interested in checking out this new phase but wondering if anyone remembers the pricing from the previous phase? My husband and I would probably be looking at the 36' lots.

I think the last pricing for the 42' 3200 sqft came to about 800-820k, but that was last Fall. So I am guessing the same model, they would try to ask close to 900k if they launch Phase 3 this Spring. I believe your 36' would be in the mid-700s if lucky, consider there were small 36s, so any decent sized 36' would climb into the high-700s to low-800s easily. That's my guess. I am sure Alcona would drive up Belle Aire when they rotate their releases.
