Overpriced

Expect 20% drop over the next 12mths.
No buyers.
Investors/flippers have left.
Explain to me how long will it take a couple earning $200k to afford $1.5m.
They first need to save $300k in the bank and then what..take a $1.2m mortgage???
See you below $1m in few years.
NO BUYERS.

does anyone have update on this project?

I saw many people wondering in the sales office but not many units sold.

Interestingly, they offered 2% commission to agents to bring client and if my memory is serving me right, most of the dot (stickers) were already there when they opened it for other buyers. The comparative pricing is OK ... not tempting.

$1m for 38x90 lots..no thanks

No thanks. Rat cage like lots. Will end up seeing vacant homes, renters and massively dense. Will look ugly and run down in 5 yrs. $1m for 38x90ft lots with barely enough room to walk inbetween homes and rear bumper inches from end of driveway.
What a joke. see prices fall over the next two year by at least 20%. no buyers will be interested in this slum. They could have created more space but developers so greedy for every inch. They make millions already and can't forgo 5% profit for a truly great area.
