Interim Occupancy

When your paying interim occupancy fee while your condo is being registered is property tax included in that fee? Is the builder responsible for paying the city property tax until the condo is registered and your officially paying your mortgage?

Since you technically do not own it, I don't believe you owe the property taxes.
Confirm with your lawyer who will certainly have something to say about the interim occupancy.

When I was in that situation, the builder just didn't bother to pay the property tax... it also turned out that per the agreement, the purchaser was responsible for any unpaid property taxes so have your lawyer confirm for you if you are unsure.
