one additional item is exterior finishes which by code should be done prior to insulation

After What Step Does Bricking Start?

MrTT 2011-04-10 01:57 AM

after shingles, typically

We Got Shingles, But Other Homes In The Area Also Finished Shingles But They Are Just Sitting There For Weeks With No Bricks On The Home

Not everything happens all at once in a production build.

The key word there is production.. This is an assembly line for building houses.

A trade crew will come in and do a number of houses at one time as opposed to coming back to do just one at a time.
