We've got ~35% and about 1/4" to 1/2" condensation on the windows overnight, I was just wondering. No shocks, no dry skin though, maybe our hygrometer is not that accurate...

The Hathaway is ok, I wouldn't go so far as beautiful. There is a nice 3-car garage house on Nestleton but I can't recall which model, and a house at the NE corner of Caracole with almost a turreted...
