I would definitely go armed with a lot of questions you may have about your own home and the development in the area in general. Make written notes in case you have to refer to them in the future....

Mattamy agreed to fix the AC problem with no charge to me. Yes, I agree the big question is the furnace and who will cover it should a problem develop.
