Yes, but an occupancy sensor can be purchased for $10 ($20 for a 2-pack @ costco), and a decora-style dimmer can be purchased from about $15..

So buying 4 @ $40/piece is a hard sell to my wife.. ...

Or use some of them for CC cameras that are not IP-based..
