I also disagree with this suggestion, primarily because I do not think that only street residents will be parking their cars on the street, once word gets around that some streets have 24 hour...

we don't actually move in until later this week, but I have been in the basement when the furnace is on and it seems like a pretty quiet unit, I don't think it will bother me much
