We upgraded for all our bedrooms

I now think it was a waste because I don't know if we are actually going to get ceiling fans anymore. We recently got A/C installed. We assume we need to upgrade the ceiling support to hold the fan.

Mattamy's Warranty not helpful

We are told that it is the homeowner's responsibility to clear the snow off the vents and roof and Tarion will not cover our leak problem. I think that is ridiculous.
