I am with them too. All good. Warranty covers the equipment as long as staying as their client. The system works with various home automation platforms.

I am wondering if there is any specific reason you didn't go with century roofing brentb613 recommended. At least based on the reviews googled, it is so much better than Frank's roofing.

The space between the panes is filled by argon gas. If the seal fails, normal air will fill the space eventually. I suppose it is not just cosmetic, but will affect the performance of the window.

I bet 369 m3 was an estimation. Usually it is higher than the actual usage in winter if the house is energy efficient. You will see a much lower number next month, which will be an actual reading....

I think the humidifier's setting is too high for winter. The HRV's setting is high. If it is permanent, I don't think it is good or necessary. Usually HRV is set to low or intermittent.
