We bought at the OS2 site - grandview from Great Gulf. Just closed in Dec 2009 - we are very happy with the house and the finishing. Only minor touch ups needed thus far.

We are having a new house constructed. One of the basement posts was "off-center" of the cement pad foot. I am just wondering if this is big deal or not?
