Default Question about organization

Hi all
I'm the vendor, and I have a builder that builds all my homes. He takes his percentage and we're both happy.

He pays all the vendors and then bills me, plus his rate. Problem is that he doesn't have a bookkeeper of his own so he's extremely disorganized, he sometimes double bills me, and I'm worried because we are going from building one house at a time, to building 3 or 4 at a time. My own bookkeeper has been working extra hours (that i pay her for) to help as well as making sure to catch any potential mistakes. I can't force him to hire someone.

Is there a better way to manage my scenario? Do I insist he uses my credit cards and my cheques to pay the vendors? help
