I think it's about time we get our own thread and discuss the possibilities

We are on Longworth, building a Kenson, and getting possession in September 2020.

Just finished all our selection process. Any idea what we are expecting next and if any preparation needs to be done beforehand?

That's a very good idea! Thank you for opening a new thread - I was always using the old one which is a dual-thread, so to say.
We may even re-discuss here some of the questions that disappeared in August.

We have a Mayfair on the intersection Longworth Ave./Schuttleworth Dr.
Funny enough both streets are L-shaped and in this way they intersect twice! We are at the second intersection, near to the park/pond.
We've done all as per time schedule so far incl. the Hard Hat Tour.
Did you already have your meetings with the Interior Designer (Vogt) and the Kitchen Designer (Deslaurier)? If so next is the HHT.

Our meeting with Vogt and Deslaurier and final prices were done 2 weeks ago. So I guess next will be HHT. Exciting

Was reading about Urbandale owners bad experiences in CG after they got posession. Wish we could learn about HN owners' experience in CG.

I drove by the site last week, your whole house frame structure is there, did you extended your porch, what a smart move, it's really beautiful. I wish I did that with our house

Yes we did. Cost us more than we anticipated, but that was one of my major requirements behind buying a new house. Lol.

No, we got an Arlington at the end, it's not so easy to make 3 full bathroom with Kenson on the 2nd floor.
