when you're doing a package like that, you should be able to get about 20% off msrp on mid-level appliances and 25% to 30% off msrp on high-end appliances. i got 27% off the msrp of my LG laundry appliances without having to threaten to walk out of the store, and that was without bundling them in with my kitchen appliances.

the extended warranties aren't usually worth it, and you're taking a risk that futureshop could go under any time in the next 4 years and then you get nothing. the warranties also pay a huge commission to the sales rep, so if you're convinced you want them, you should be able to get at least 25% off the price of the warranty and often up to 50% off.

What was the individual price on each Electrolux item, if you dont mind? We just bought Electrolux for our kitchen as well, but we went with the IQ touch to keep the price down, my husband already had a hard time swallowing the price of the fridge in the IQ version.

I'm sorry but when I add up your numbers, I get $12608. Are you saying you got a 25% discount?

I find that hard to believe. I've had horrible experiences with quality, reliability, durability and customer service with both LG and Samsung for electronics, cell phones, camcorders.. I would never buy a Korean brand item after being burned too many times by LG and Samsung!

We've bought Kitchen Aid from Appliance Canada too. ... and delivery is scheduled for the end of next week. It means we will have no GST for some of them
