Default rosehaven mount pleasant spring 2017

Is there any buyers out there that bought homes from 2017 spring And couldnít close due to the house appraisal being 35% or more lower? The builder is suing the buyers for 500k plus after reselling them at fair price. . We are considering suing the builder back for misrepresentation. At the sales office during their launch they used pressure tactics and was assured itís only going up and if we canít close simply pay the 50k (usually itís 5k but they Increased 10 folds)assignment fee and sell the agreement. Everybody wins. They were so confident that they didnít even need any pre approval for mortgage or proof of funds. No time to review with lawyer once you sign. Year later when the prices dropped over 500k, and Couldnít close, not only they kept the big deposit but coming after the buyers to take everything. They still sold the houses at fair price for a huge profit but too greedy and want to ruin the buyersí lives. Please pm me if there are anyone else in the same situation.
