I received mail from Cosmopolitan Homes yesterday. I thought it was a delay letter confirmation but nope. It's to tell me my lot # has been changed. That's all. Everything else stays the same.

Has anyone spoken to the developer ? Do you have a contact name and number there?

Just spoke to building manager for alliance after getting my delay notice till April and it was explained to me that the developer is holding this whole project up . I was not given a reason why as the builder is saying they don't know why . I flat out asked the builder "is there a good chance this subdivision is not gonna be built"? And his response was "I don't know "


Does anyone have any insight as to what the developer is ruining our lives over ? And how it's possible they can continue to just string us along like this ?
