As someone mentioned, go for the Paypal donations. I'm a member on a forum that uses the same vBulletin software and they have a donate option that adds a 'site supporter' icon below the user names that have donated. The minimum donation is $5 but people often give more (I myself donated $20 in one shot).

The Paypal deposit goes directly to the owners name and email address.

Greg, you should have an option to contribute - where folks can contribute a small amount to running this website.

I am guessing every penny will count; and those who are scouring this forum are potential homebuyers or homeowners - if you can own a house in this market, you can affort a toonie to support the site.
