Question for whoever is currently in this area or has purchased a new home. What is the cost to have the basement finished? And what options are there? What are they doing for the amount of money you are paying?

I am willing to help with any questions... I know a lot of people jumped shipped from this forum to a group.. I refuse to sign up so I still check the thread randomly... I moved in Phase 1 so a lot of the price lists I have will be outdated but any questions I will try and help!
