Minto- Mahogany Phase 2

Hello everyone.. thanks for sharing your experience and perspectives. It's been great to hear. We signed up for a lot in the September 2020 offering for Phase 2 and were wondering if anyone here opted for the Mulberry model and what sort of framing options and upgrades did you opt for?

We are seriously considering opting for one of the optional kitchen layout and ideally would like a wall oven in lieu of the regular oven opening. Anybody here that's got that done?

Also, I was reading that for gas stoves, the ideal range hood is 6inch wider than your stove. We are thinking of a 36" gas cooktop but the options catalog from Minto only has range hoods up to 36". Would that be sufficient or do they have 42" range hoods as well?

We had our exterior appointment late October 2020 for Phase 2B

Hi neighbours. We are across the park on Adrift Street, and I think one release earlier. We have a Noble. What models did you go with?

We went with the Elderberry, but loved the Nobel as well!

Just curious, having signed one release earlier, do you mind sharing your scheduled closing date? We are June 2022 (for now!)

Our closing date is April 2022 for now. The Elderberry is lovely!
