yes the Middleham is one of the model homes. We looked at so many floor plans and model homes from all of the builders and for some reason just kept going back to the Middleham

Hey i was busy with some stuff here so couldn't post anything here. We are also on decoursey ireland circle. We purchased the 30' dorset house there. We just drove by there couple of weeks ago. They are really building fast. And in phase five (where i think our lot is) they have started excavation. Community looked really good to me. I am so excited just can't wait to move in new house.

Sam

Hey samz,

sorry i haven't been on here a while either. I've been going to the site as well and am glad to see our foundation is up. Are you also closing in Feb 2009??? Our lot is between empty spaces so I guess no ones purchased those lots yet but i'm not worried. excited.

Hi everyone, My husband and I are moving into the beginning of Phase 5 at the end of the year and our house is going up really fast. Every week the progress is amazing. I know that some people moved in earlier for Phase 4. Is anyone moving in early for Phase 5?

Thanks

Hi Bella,

I think it may be a little to early to tell if there will be early closings since the framing is just going up.

Did anyone know that Tim Hortons and RBC is coming to Taunton Rd. Right where the GGH had their sales office for Waydom Manors.

Just came to know today...
