Congrats!! What model did you end up with? If youre closing in November 2020 you will probably start your appointments this winter. We starts ours in the spring of 2018 with a close date of end of January 2019. They started to dig that summer.

Thanks! Super excited but dreading the wait LOL. I ended up going with the Brierwood Elevation B (3 bedroom). Don't need the extra room, it's just me and my mom. Hopefully there'll be another Bronte/Brierwood owner that can post up a picture of their layout haha, I've been perusing the interwebs but can't find anything. I may just have to wait to be surprised and delighted

Hello, they’ve contacted me for my exterior appointment already. Did any of you guys choose to move forward with the “additional investments”? Namely, the coloured windows? And/or insulated garage door? There seems to be a couple options but is this worth the investment?

Umm what do you mean by coloured windows? Our garage door came insulated but if there is additional insulation you can upgrade then no we did not pay for that. We only added additional insulation to the exterior garage wall that doesnt come insulated by code.

“Upgrade window colours” it’s an option available as an “Additional Investment”.. I’ll have to look at the pictures they have available because I’m not quite sure what types of windows would be standard otherwise hahaha

Yeah interesting. Now we were given window frame choice but it was free. Like for example, we chose black window frames on the exterior. But beige and i think white was an option. Maybe theyre charging for that now.

Yup, seems like they are charging extra for any coloured window frame other than the standard white.

Oh well, what can ya do. It would be nice if their renderings only included standard finishes so that it wasn't falsely advertised haha!

Got my exterior appointment tomorrow, you may see a car driving around the neighbourhood looking at colour choices -_-''

It's a hard decision, which one did you all choose/go with?

Alright, I also went with black windows.. all their colour packages looked different than what I saw around the neighbourhood. Oh well, we’ll see how she turns out in November! I’m anxious for pricing of upgrades to be released.. did anyone upgrade their flooring to wide planks? What level would that be?
