Did anyone's cheque get cashed yet for the first deposit?
Also, did anyone get a call from the design center yet?

Purchased a townhouse on Feb 26th.

Hi, Thanks for starting this forum. I am new to buying pre-construction but what I gathered appointment will be around or just before they start construction which is planned for Sep 2017.

I have compiled a list of upgrade prices from previous starlane projects that I found on forums here, I hope you find it helpful.

One thing to remember the prices quoted were dependent n the size of the project which was not mentioned in the forums. Also what level upgrade they went for, level 1, 2 or 3 etc..

What makes you think that the appointment will be September? Or did they call you and tell you that?

No one has contacted me yet about anything.

September is the construction start date +/- 1 month but each part of the project will start at different times for eg. townhouses, semis, singles. Appointment has to be 2 months before start date so that they can have everything in place before they start building.

The Sales office told me around May they will start contacting people but all depends on the proposed completion date of the property selected. So i assume the appointments will be from May till July
