I've bought in phase 3 and i'm looking forward to moving to binbrook. Hoping we can use this thread so people can post updates on the site development, as well as an opportunity to talk with potential neighbours.

I was up at the site a couple of weeks ago, however, digging hadn't started on hitching post ridge yet.

How is the development coming along for you?

We purchased a house in phase 4, a few months back. It was conditional on the sale of our other property so we recently closed. It is time for our first design centre appointment. I am looking for feedback what is important, what can be done later because we have a limited budget.
