Don't think so. Haven't heard of any flooding.

Tempest Drive was flooded at a section. It could be because the road isn't finished yet so that the drainage wasn't functioning properly.
The water rose up past the sidewalk and about 1/3 up the driveway. |

Very minor amounts of water in our basement...equivalent to spilling a glass of water on the floor. It either came in through a weep hole that was too deep or perhaps due to overload on the weeping tile. With that being said, nothing like what Glen Cairn experienced!
I have heard of a couple of others with a bit of water in their basement mainly due to penetration through the foundation. Havent' heard of anyone experiencing back up through the sewer or anything to that effect. |
