Any information on what to do on the first 90 days after possession?

Any information on what to do on the first 90 days after possession?

I am hoping the thread already exists and someone could point me to it -- but it would be really helpful to know some tips and best practice during first 90 days of possession.

Key questions are:
- do we use a home inspector for Tarion?
- when did people have appliances installed? before or after move?
- fences?
- lawns / trees?
