Default Framing

My home is being framed currently and I am certain we will have a pre-framed walkthrough to ensure things are in order.

What are key matters I should pay attention too.

So far, things that I am listing down are:
-window location
-custom changes like ensuring 8 ft archways and doors are provisioned
-floors squeeking

The builder appears to have used glue and nails to secure the OSB. I have heard that if one is going with larger tile 18x18 there may need to be further reinforcement...

Considering these are cosmetic, is there other structural items I should look out for that go beyond basic details.

Does anyone have a list to use as a proxy for review?
