Please let me know if you are able to get a response out of her... and Sam Kandar.

I have at least 3 unanswered emails sent to Mattamy Reps, so their track record with me is 2 for 5. 40% definately not the level that will get them JD Power #1 for a second year.

I've sent 3 to Sam, 1 to Kim. Sam always resonded within a 24 hr period. Waiting for a responce from Kim.

Kim replied farily quickly (less than a day).

I e-mailed Kim a week ago and still no reply....and we were told to only contact her by e-mail.
