Default GGH breaking ground?

Hi neighbors,

I stopped by the site yesterday and it looked like they were breaking ground, for the first houses N of Laurier, starting from Thompson. I asked one worker and he just said that they were working on the sewers... that's the first phase, right?
I'll keep an eye on them,

Marius

Default GG Breaking ground...

Hey guys,

I heard they were scheduled to start breaking ground April 6th. Guess they are on plan with that. Anyone know if the sales centre is still open? Last week they only had 5 lots left! And they were selling like hot cakes.

Take care,

Nadia

Default GGH breaking groung for real:)

Hi Guys,

Looks like the first houses north of Laurier have the foundation footings marked down. I assume first thing on Monday they will poor the concrete.
And yes Nadia, the sales center is still open, there were people going in and out of it today.
North of our lots, close to the rail tracks, there was plenty of activity even today. Lots of future owners taking a look, having a chaty with each other.

Pretty exciting, eh?

Marius

Default First footings in

Hi neighbors,

We have the first GGH footings in: lots 20 to 16, north of Laurier. There will be a few more in line with those(lots 15 to 10?). The footings from lot 137 to 125 (I think) are marked down and framed already.

These guys are moving fast!

Default Re: GG breaking ground

Hi Marius,

Yes, the progress is very exciting Last time I spoke with Monica they had about 5 lots left. They will close up and head to Whitbey. There is no news of continuing GG sales in Milton in the near future. I drove by my lot 123 and it was untouched as of last weekend. I will go there next week to snap a few shots...my dirt may have shifted by then!

Default GGH

Hey Nadia,

You won't recognize the site. They're building all round your lot, the one at the corner of Petit Trail and Laurier even has the foundation poured in.
I have some pictures with your lot taken from my lot if you are interested

Anyway, the idea is that we have the first GGH foundations in + they are working on more foundations on Laurier and Petit Trail.

I'll keep an eye on them,

Marius

Default McMullen Cres ...

Hi guys,

Looks like they started working on McMullen Crescent...already...that was the only area they didn't touch before. These lots were supposed to have the closing in Apr 2006 if I'm not mistaken. Wow!
