Update on Fairwinds North Community

Re-opening this for all my Fairwinds peeps; those around Pampero/Campobello....I know there are threads for A/C units, but just to specify for location.

Curious if anyone might be interested in getting an A/C, I'm thinking before end of April (as they really pick up in work then); I have a possible supplier, I am probably going with him regardless but if I get a few more people around me (same street preferably) there could probably be a small discount.

Please advise if interested, I will be calling him back probably Friday

if you come home and see some of your shingles ripped off, get and inspector in to check out the damage, i will have one coming in this Sunday to do my 1 year, if i have pictures to prove that the shingles where nails incorrectly then we can have a huge lawsuit against the our builder, since shingles are just 1 year warranty on them, but will suppose to last to 20 years i say bullocks.

It has nothing to do with warranty. Call your Insurance company.

Why do you want to file a lawsuit against your builder? Why not see if they'll repair it first?
