Default Decor Center question

One question for you who bought from builder (especially from medallion). Do they allow you to visit the décor center before you buy? I read somewhere that Medallion décor center is open for browsing on Saturday, but do they ask you for any contract or lot number or is it open for everybody

We just want to go and see what the standards are and what options for upgrades are in there.

Is there any way to find out the prices of these upgrades?

When we used to visit the decor centre (Great Gulf) the receptionist always asked our project name and lot #

When we were putting an offer on a Fieldgate home, they gave us 2 visitor passes for their decor centre.

It was the same with Conservatory group decor centre as well.

So thats my experience with 3 builders. I guess builders only let you browse the decor centre once you buy, but then we never tried to browse a decor centre before buying as well so u never know

And yes, never feel too shy to ask for more upgrade $$

Medallion Decor office is not open to the public, you have to be a purchaser of their home to gain access/browsing of the office. The typical sales office and model homes of their projects typically will have showcased the upgrade choices already.

As for upgrade price sheet, the sales office should have copy for your reference.
