The last time I went was back in mid May and they had some framing done where the basement would be and it looked like they were going to pour some concrete, but I haven't been able to go back since. I really hope its not pushed to January!

So, I went to see my lot and it seems like there is no change since last time I checked over a month ago. Not sure why, but the construction seems to be slower over the pond side homes. Now I have doubts about the selection I made in Décor appointment and appliances from Sear will be available at the closing time or not.

Did anyone else got delay notice ?

No delay letter, but if there is one I should get one in the next day or two. Also, i checked out the site this past weekend and My house is being framed! No second floor yet but I got a first floor!

Very disappointed !!

HLot : did they give you firm closing date this time ?

We checked our lot last night and surprisingly, they did the some framing for the basement. It seems like they are doing work in portions and not continuously. For the longest time they only had foundation laid and suddenly within a week, basement walls are up. . I just hope they build most of the house before winter and not delay anymore.

Anyone else got delays ???
