Default Low forum traffic = Not many new home buyers?

When I bought my house in 2007 (2008 closing) I was on here daily reading a bunch of new threads/posts. Seems I can go away for weeks and catch up on the few new posts in a few minutes.

Is this a sign that there are not many new home buyers right now?

CMHC released info about housing starts being down, so I guess it makes sense that there are less people buying/readying to move into new homes.

In my particular neighbourhood, you can totally see that there is less demand. A few years ago, the price increase per new phase release was in the $10,000 - $15,000 range. It is maybe 1/3 of that now.

Still getting lots of new users, most of them legitimate too.

This site has been around for almost 10 years now, so pretty much everything has been asked and answered a few times.

I will be upgrading to the new vBulletin sometime as soon as I can find time to do it. With that there will be some new features that many will be interested in.

Yeah my question have mostly been asked and answered, I guess the newbies are good with using the search function.
