I rec'd a PM about pricing for the Honeywells (from North59) and it's unfortunately much higher than I'm looking to spend for my little 1400 sq/ft townhome

Those 2 units were just the ones that are on special right now.

If we can nail down how many people are in, I think the idea might be to determine the sq ft of everyones home and price it out properly according to whos in/size of home/budget vs high end unit.

I agree, those 2 units are overkill for a townhome.

I bought the Costco electric one 2 months ago and love it. Its also 120$ off right now. I have two dogs as well and this has no problem with all the hair.
