You can request a frame walk before it gets dry walled and you will get to check it out during your PDI as well which typically happens a week or so before closing

Default Massive Price drop in homes

Many flippers have now been caught with their pants down.

the most anyone will now pay is $700k range and that is the best model too.

Default No AMAZON in Vaughn.

Prices on every home has dropped and will continue to decline as there will be no demand going forward.
The subdivision is crowded yet there is an abundance of land and no offices unless you are willing to drive 2.5 hours one way with traffic into Toront.
Homes that were selling for $800k will probably get one offer at $600k now.

Can you say...TIMMMMMBERR.

Over 50% propped up by fake demand by investors wanting to flip.

I feel bad for real families but they must have also gotten greedy.

toronto still no. 1 real estate bubble.

Prices will continue to decline and go back to 2013/14 levels.
