Default Live Lake Breeze - Bowmanville
Hi there,

I see they just released houses a couple months back, has anyone purchased houses here? They are putting in towns, condos to detached houses...sales center was packed today and prices go from 300k to $1.3m.

We picked up a Panorama home today.

Do you know how much was the serene or sunset moodel
Townhomes were at the initial release

Beautiful homes. Would be interested to know how many phases they plan on doing and see how big of a neighbourhood they can build there .
