Default looking for childrens furniture

Does anyone know where I can find a childrens' table and chairs or a vanity with chair. Looking for wood, preferrably white but if I can get unfinished I can paint myself

Hi Desa & Craig, We picked up a great table with 2 chairs at IKEA. Comes unfinished. Picked up the floor model at a great deal.

Default thanks

Thanks for the suggestion,

I did see, and probably should go with that but I happened across a table on the internet with pretty queen anne type legs and was hoping to find that here. I am probably dreaming!

You may find more selection at any of the small furniture places that sell unfinished wood furniture. They usually sell stuff made by individual carpenters, etc. I know there was one on Yonge St. in Richmond Hill. It just depends on how much leg work you want to do and who much money you want to spend. We have bought several pieces at Al's Country Furniture in Elora at a very reasonable price.

That reminds me. There is a pine shop in Streetsville, right on Queen street (Mississauga Rd) and he makes furniture. He may have something or be willing to make something.

I don't think he is open every day. There is a sign in the window. He is on the west side of the street and it is called Pine something or other. I know, lots of help.
