Just some words of advice

-remove all personal pictures.
-clear off the board in your kitchen.
-remove the telephone, or don't connect the cable to the outlet, the cable is distracting.
-use your camera's fill flash feature, set it to -1 or -2 for those pictures with dark backgrounds but the lights are on, such as your stairwell picture (photo 13)
-close the toilet seat in picture 14
-remove the bath mat in picture 7

Lovely condo, good luck with your sale

I agree with everything goofball said.
And it's a beautiful condo - I'm sure it'll be a quick sell!

wow, good job on the decorating. Can I ask what colour of pain you used on the staircase wall? Love it!

Thanks so much yes I didnt get a chance to remove all of our photos yet, but will take all of your advice!

I'll see if I still have my paint information! thanks for your compliments! we've changed everything except the carpet (new buyer can put in laminate for super cheap as per their taste...they dont allow hardwood floors so we just upgraded the carpet and underpadding throughout) and the granite. Its our first home so a lot of work and love went into this project!

Thanks for your replies! We've had pro photos taken by comfree, so check out our listing there!

Looks fantastic.

I'm totally knitpicking here on the write-up, but a few things to consider amending:

1. Mall won't be open until Winter/Spring 2012. The just put in the structure for the Shopper's Drug Mart this past week, so Summer 2011 is impossible for the shopping complex to be completed.

2. Unless you're driving way over the speed limit the entire way, and somehow don't hit a single red light, I have no idea how Findlay Creek is only 15 minutes from downtown..

Yes, love the decorating job too! I also would like to know your paint colors. Where did you buy your headboard? I can't seem to find that style anywhere in Ottawa....want ivory. Good luck on the sale of your condo.

I agree with this. I think you have a beautiful condo, but I have found in the past (on my own personal house-hunting trips) when the community information is incorrect, it really does not appeal to the buyer!
Good Luck!
