Default Cracked Foundation on our porch

Is this an issue, should I be calling someone or do you think they will fix it?

Thanks

I'd call your contact at Mattamy and email them a pic. They'll probably fix it anywyas, but better to be safe than sorry.

Awe that sucks. I hope that doens't happen to us. But I'm sure they have it under control.

No need to hassel them. That'll be like a micro managing boss.

I called and spoke with Debbie about my cracked porch this morning. She assured me it would be fixed. She was very nice and mentioned that we should not hestitate to call her with any concerns:))
