Did they push back your closing date at all? For appliances, check out to Canadian Applicances to start. It has a car dealership atmosphere when you go inside with salesmen and showroom, but you can usually get some good deals especially if buying multiple appliances versus the big box stores.

Yes, they pushed our closing date back by about one month - we were originally scheduled for mid-march. I actually didn't mind that much, it just means there *SHOULD* be less snow on the ground when we move...emphasis on the "should" - who knows with the winter we've been having. Thanks for the tip on Canadian Appliances, we'll definitely check them out to compare pricing.

When is your closing date?

if you find a deal at canadian appliances, and best buy carries the item, they will price match it. we got all of our appliances at best buy on a huge discount. either company is fine, but we had a friend we wanted to give the commission to

CAS (Canadian Appliance Source) basically has a policy that they won't be undersold. Tell them Best Buy will price match + beat, CAS will give you further discounts.

Our final bill was like $12,000 for all 5 appliances, even after their Black Friday sale. I still managed to get them to knock it down another $1,500 on the grounds that Home Depot would have given us 10% off.

Last time I was there, CAS would not provide any kind of quote in writing, they would just show the prices on the computer screen, so would be difficult to pricematch without a written copy, unless it's just the posted prices on their website. They can usually do better than those prices if you have a sit down with them

Default Pot lights - Richcraft Townhome

Hi There,

Has anyone recently moved in to a Richcraft townhome? Can you tell me the make / model of the pot lights that came installed with the home?

We have our closing coming up (March) and I'm trying to source them to add more in. We've tried design center and waiting on response, but hoping someone on here knows.

Thank you!

Got pushed back by a month as well to June, just found out recently. I guess it's delays across the board due to the weather.
