I got a legal opinion on this and National cant do anything to stop you from putting a fence up. It's a quality of life issue and they are infringing on mine (all of ours). You own the property and can do what you want with it. Their only recourse is if a piece of your property requires re-grading, then you would be responsible for taking that fence panel section down and putting it back up.
This development is dragging on too long and we should not be waiting years potentially to put up a fence when we have already waited years to move in and move on with our lives. Additionally, National Homes is demonstrating that they are definitely in no hurry to finish this development. When's the last time you saw anybody in here progressing the site? The park has been dormant for weeks and nothing else has been worked on either.
If multiple fences start going up, there is nothing they can do to stop it.
