Default Roof Shingle Repair?

I have a few shingles that seem to be lifting on my roof. Some neighbours have kindly pointed this out to me, they saw them flapping around during the most recent storm we had here in Ottawa.

Anyone know of a good shingle repair company?

Thanks in advance.

I used Jorgensen Roofing in Carp. Very happy with their work.

Are you in a new development? We just asked a couple of guys who were installing eavestroughing in our area to stop by our place and gave them $20 for the one shingle they repaired. But the shingle wasn't badly damaged... the nail had only partly popped out and needed to be tapped back in.

Im in a somewhat newer development in Barrhaven, been here for 4yrs, so not that new.

I'll have to rech out to a couple other places as the one mentioned above charges a flat rate of $315 for the first hr + materials etc. No thx!

go to nearest house being built where shingles are being installed and and ask them for an end of their workday cash price

that price isn't horrible - trucks, gas, travel time, tools, 2 guys, office overhead, etc etc

if its a common shingle they probably have them - worst case a bundle is $25 - $40

you could also ask your builder who they are using now

There are a lot of companies out there that can help you with your project. However, repairing your roof doesn’t have to cost hundreds of dollars. There are numerous of ways to do it without the aid of roof construction companies. But, if your roof requires more extensive repairs or needs replaced, you’ll have to contact a reliable Spokane roofing contractor.

Does anyone have shingles blown off last night from the fierce winds? I have noticed a couple of spots on my roof and I am looking for a company to fix this.

Our house is sold firm but I want to keep it in the same condition for the buyers...
