Default Customer relationships

Have any of you, with Greenpark or Starlane, received something like a welcome letter after executing the Purchase Agreement, outlining the steps in the construction process leading up to closing, assigned a Customer Care Representative, and/or been followed-up with to ensure your satisfaction, updates on the development, etc.? How are you finding the relationship with them?

Thumbs up Painters and Movers

Anyone looking for professional and honest painters can call Kasim at (647) 833-1741 or Rasit at +1 (416) 825-5765. They painted my entire home in a day and I was really impressed with their work

Please call +1 (647) 836-7448 for professional and reliable movers.

Default Canada Post Mail Issues at Churchill Woods

Anyone else having issues getting their mail from Canada Post. It appears there are no immediate plans for Canada Post to install community mail boxes at Churchill Woods. Residents are asked to pickup their mail from their sorting facility in Mississauga. The allowed pickup time is only from 9 AM to 1 PM Monday to Friday. Are the residents expected to take a day off every other day just to pickup their mail. This is very frustrating.
Please raise this issue with Sue McFadden (Sue.McFadden@mississauga.ca
- city councillor for ward 10) so Canada Post will pay attention find a solution rather than ignoring the issue.

Congrats on your new home, homebuyer1! Looks like you're all settled in.

Default Traffic Issues

Update on Traffic signal request at Tenth Line at Sunlight Drive/Serena Way from the city of Mississauga

In order to determine if the intersection of Tenth Line at Sunlight Drive/Serena Way warrants signalization, studies have been scheduled.

The City of Mississauga uses technical warrants, as outlined by the Ministry of Transportation to determine whether traffic control signals would benefit the overall operation of an intersection.

Hoping a solution is put in place soon. Please share your concerns with the councillor for ward 10 (Sue.McFadden@mississauga.ca)

Hope traffic lights go in soon. It's already crazy on Tenth Line.

The other issue I have is the downward slope and grading from Tenth Line into the development. It's highly noticeable. Hopefully won't create slippery conditions during snow and rain, or traction issues going the other direction.

Hi Homebuyer1,

Are we still only able to pick up mail between 9-1 Mon to Fri?

Thanks!

Yes, Canada Post didn't make any changes or exceptions. We just keep hearing that mail delivery will begin soon

It appears that an additional access point will be opened in the coming days at Tenth Line and Meadowcrest to give motorists another option in and out of the subdivision. A third access point on the east side of the development will be opened in Janurary.

Default PDI's

How are PDI's going? Any major or recurring issues?

Also, how many days before closing are they scheduling them?

How is the exterior reviewed during this type of weather?
