Default tiffany park home owner

I noticed the onsuite light switches are in the master bedroom. Do other Tiffany Park Home owners have this as well and does anyone know why they would put the switches in the bedroom rather than the bathroom?

Default ensuite light switches

Yes , The light swithes are being placed outside of the ensuite if/ because newer electrical code states that there must be 3ft distance between the water (sink, tub etc) and any electrical control that is not GFI-ed.I'm not an electrician But I KNOW one (LOL)
It's not just your builder it's all of them! I was not very happy but saftey first , in older homes you'll find this code did not apply.
Hope this helps

Default washer taps beside dryer plug and regular electrical outlet

Hello! Since you know an electrician, maybe you can help.... our washer taps are above our laundry sink and very close to the dryer outlet. Is that okay? I know some people who have small leaks with the washer taps - and I wonder what will happen to the outlet. Who can I contact to find out if it is to code?
