Do you know anything about the Stonehaven PS? I check the Frasier Institute report, doesn't seem so good. But I don't want to just rely on a report, want to hear some actual experience.

Another thing is, how's the neighbourhood in general? I know Stonehaven has been existing for some time, and there are good number of million dollar home in that neighbourhood. But my concern is, how are the neighbours in general? Are they those friendly that would say hi when they jog by or just people who minds their own business and pay no attention to others?

Do you recall any crime such as thefting, break-ins, or car theft in the past 5-10 years in the area?

Lastly, do you notice different ethnicities getting together (or friendly to each other) as oppose to seeing ethnicity only hanging out with their own ethnicity?

Oh, and only concern about that plot of land is the light industrial from new park, now that the access will not be from new park (so we don't drive by industrial everyday), do you think that will be a disturbance to the neighbourhood?

I also live nearby and am looking to upsize soon. I registered awhile ago and have received an invitation for the 5th as well. I can answer questions about the area if people are interested.

Wow! This is nuts! Gone are the days of negotiating. Now it's a take it or leave market!

Just curious for those who have bought, is there ANY wiggle-room to negotiate, even upgrades?

I could be wrong, but Im guessing a lot of it is marketing hype, trying to produce an artificial demand... it seems to work though.

Did you had to confirm your attendance in the email?

I am wondering if I can just go there and pretend I got an email.

Mine had a date/time and I had to confirm... given the post you quoted had a different date, you might be required to have an appointment. I drive by the sales office multiple times a week, its not big, so Im guessing not too many people are scheduled at the same time.

For those who are going for sure, could you do me a favour?

I am interested in the following:
(1) How much does the 40' lot starts at? And what's the size of the cheapest 40' lot model?
(2) Are all the 35' lot single car garage, if there is any model with double car, what's the size and how much?
(3) Does the lots on the residential side (not the lots backing against the industrial building) have any premiums? Approx what's the range?

That's all I am looking for, sorry for the trouble, I wonder if you can just snap a few photos to make things easier.

My daughter has those toddler swimming lesson on Sunday noon, so I am not sure if I can sneak in at 2pm sharp (even if I can). But I will try to see if I can bump her into the morning class. (I know we can skip her lesson, but she loves water, she would be upset if we missed it). Life of parents, I am sure most of you all know
